STUDIO POLICIES

Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive early. Doors open 15 minutes before class.

  • Spots may be released 5 minutes prior to class start to waitlisted clients

  • Late arrivals (5+ minutes) will not be permitted to join for safety reasons

First-Time Clients

All first-time clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early for a required Megaformer introduction.

  • Missing this demonstration will result in denied entry to class

  • This ensures your safety and the integrity of the workout

Bookings & Payments

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash

  • All classes must be prepaid

  • Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable

Cancellations

We operate on a 12-hour cancellation policy:

  • Cancel 12+ hours before class → class credit returned

  • Cancel within 12 hours → class is charged as attended

Waitlist Policy

  • If a spot opens, you will be automatically added and notified via email

  • If your plans change, please remove yourself before being added

  • Failure to attend after being added = no-show fee applies

Important:
If you are on multiple waitlists, you are responsible for managing your bookings.
Being added to more than one class will result in applicable late cancel/no-show fees.

No-Show & Late Cancel Fees

For members on:

  • Monthly Unlimited

  • Early Riser Unlimited

  • Weekly Unlimited

A $20 fee will apply to all no-shows and late cancellations.

Studio Requirements

  • Grip socks are required for all classes (available for purchase in-studio)

Pre/Post-Natal Clients

If you are pre-natal or postpartum, a doctor’s note is required confirming you are cleared to participate in Lagree.

Membership Freezes

We offer flexibility when you need it:

  • Minimum freeze: 1 week

  • Maximum freeze: 2 months per calendar year
