Lagree Effect was built with one clear intention: to deliver the most authentic, elevated Lagree experience in British Columbia.
Co-Founded by Krista Scott and Marilyn Scott, the studio is grounded in both technical excellence and a deeply considered client experience—where every detail, inside and outside the workout, is intentional.
Krista Scott, a certified Lagree Master Trainer and one of the first 100 Master Trainers worldwide—trained directly by Sebastien Lagree—leads the method with precision, integrity, and authority. Her approach defines the standard of every class, ensuring the Lagree Method is taught exactly as it was designed: effective, controlled, and uncompromising.
Alongside her, Marilyn Scott shapes the experience beyond the Megaformer. With a focus on operations, client care, and front-of-house excellence, she ensures every touchpoint—from arrival to departure—feels seamless, elevated, and deeply considered. Under her direction, the concierge team and studio environment reflect the same level of intention as the training itself.

Sound off uses wireless headset technology to remove distractions and lock you into the work. You hear your instructor clearly over the music, so every cue lands and every rep counts.

Each client controls their own volume, whether you want the music turned up or prefer a quieter, more dialed-in experience.
Headsets are professionally sanitized after every class using industrial-grade disinfectant. For added comfort, personal ear covers are available for purchase in-studio.
