Concierge / Front Desk
As the first and last point of contact, our Concierge plays a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless client experience.
We’re seeking a polished, service-driven individual with a passion for wellness and hospitality to manage client interactions, bookings, and daily studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional presence
Manage bookings, and client inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment
Support instructors and ensure smooth class flow
Assist with memberships, packages, and retail
