InstructorStephanie Lavoie
Leading at the studio inspires, motivates, and brings genuine joy. To me, success isn’t just about the workout — it’s about the mindset and drive we bring to it. That belief fuels me as both an athlete and instructor.
I strive to create an empowering environment where every client feels capable of more than they thought. My foundation as a Certified Personal Trainer shapes how I coach, grounding each class in precision, purposeful movement, and intentional form so clients train safely while maximizing results.
I lead clients to slow down, deeply engage each muscle, and move mindfully — because focused intensity creates powerful, lasting results. That depth and discipline are why I love Lagree.
My goal is to help you build strength safely, efficiently, and with purpose. Embrace the discomfort — growth happens when we lean into the challenge.
I teach Lagree not only because I believe in the method, but because of the strength, confidence, and connection it builds in every room.

Reverse flying donkey kick, truly an entire body burner or standing inner thighs, a definite super shaker!

I’m here to challenge, support, and inspire. My goal is to create a space where every person feels empowered enough to try, safe enough to struggle and brave enough to grow. I share my knowledge, stay approachable, and encourage growth, knowing that we all move at our own pace and every journey is unique.
Those moments when someone chooses discipline over doubt, when they push through discomfort and realize they are more than capable; when someone walks out prouder, more confident, and stronger than when they walked in – that’s what drives me every day. That’s my why.

Yes you can.

Energetic, Supportive, Empowering.

Everyone started exactly where you are. Be patient and kind with yourself.
Draw from the energy in the room and be proud that you decided to try. Today is only the beginning of your journey so take extra support when needed, connect with the instructor, pick up tips from looking around the room and have fun with it.

Something high energy and uplifting, 130bpm or more – maybe more like a style.

Yoga or deep stretch.
