One class in and I was obsessed! I love the slow, controlled movements, the challenge, and that deep mind–muscle connection that keeps you fully present. Lagree is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one, and I’m all about helping clients find what feels best in their bodies, whether that means offering options to support you or helping you push to your next level.

I’m known to teach spicy classes with lots of cueing to help you find your best form and alignment. I’m a big believer that when you move well, you feel it deeper. You can expect attention to breath, body awareness, and plenty of encouragement to stay focused and strong. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you grow, one slow, spicy, shaky rep at a time!

  • I have so many whys, it’s hard to choose just one! I teach because I love helping clients find those “OH! That’s my glute engaged” moments and feel strong in their bodies. Movement is my form of self-care, and teaching is an extension of that. It lets me share something I love so deeply with all of you!
