I fell in love with Lagree after my very first class. The method challenged me in ways that went far beyond the physical—it pushed my mindset, my focus, and my belief in what I’m capable of. Lagree made me feel strong, grounded, and connected to my body, and that’s the feeling I want to share with every client who walks into my class.
When I teach, I love seeing people push past what they thought their limits were. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and proud of what your body can do.
