Krista Scott discovered the Lagree Method in 2015 and has been deeply committed to it ever since. What began as a workout quickly evolved into a way of life—one that inspired her to create a space where others can experience the same strength, confidence, and transformation.
As the Founder of Lagree Effect and a certified Lagree Master Trainer, Krista is among the first 100 Master Trainers worldwide, having trained directly under Sebastien Lagree himself. Her approach is rooted in precision, integrity, and a deep respect for the method.
Lagree Effect was built with one clear intention: to offer the most authentic, elevated Lagree experience in British Columbia. Under Krista’s leadership, every instructor is officially Lagree Fitness–certified and trained to deliver classes that are method-driven, intentional, and results-focused.
