It’s going to challenge you and that’s the best part. The whole method will feel very foreign, the machine, the way we speak and the way we move. Give yourself grace and time to learn. Don’t take it too seriously, have fun and shake it off!

When I teach Lagree, I focus on making every cue feel human and easy to understand. I’ve been a confused client before, so now I teach the way I’d want to be taught—helping you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, so you can move with confidence. Expect creative cues, clear direction, and a whole lot of passion. I live for that moment in the leg block when the shakes kick in. Watching clients get stronger and more confident never stops inspiring me.
Outside the studio, I’m a Realtor/crazy cat lady who also loves Japanese cars, baking sourdough, and coaching my soccer team.
