I took my first Lagree class seven years ago in downtown Vancouver and was instantly hooked. When Lagree Effect opened locally in South Surrey, I was so excited to finally have a studio close to home where I could take classes consistently. I’ve always been a busy person, so I love that Lagree delivers such an efficient, full-body workout in just 40 minutes. It challenges you mentally and physically in a way that produces real results. With slight scoliosis, I used to struggle engaging my core at the gym without aggravating my back, but Lagree’s focus on slow, controlled movement and proper alignment has helped me build strength pain-free.

My goal is for every client to leave class feeling challenged, empowered, and proud of what their body can do.

Outside the studio, I have a background in equestrian coaching and still love riding (now more casually than when I competed). I’m also a big travel enthusiast — this year I’ve explored Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Singapore, with Japan next on the list. When I’m not teaching or traveling, you can probably find me enjoying a great glass of wine with friends and family— I’m a Level 2 Sommelier!
