Focusing on a connection to breath with movement and building strength, Brooke is also passionate about helping you find your mind to body connection to find all the benefits within each movement. Guiding you to find control, confidence and feeling supported, while practicing the Lagree method. Adding in her expertise in Barre and Pilates, you can look forward to a little extra pulse, stability and burn in class, to keep you feeling challenged and motivated to the end.
